MEET THE TEAM
Lauren Szot, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Owner
​
Lauren attained her masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. She has experience working in medical, educational, and outpatient settings with clients aging from birth - 90 years. Lauren has sought out extensive trainings and research in myofunctional therapy, and is passionate in helping families find root causes for speech, swallowing, and sleep disturbances. Lauren is the mother of two, and has traveled the therapy road with her own children for swallowing and myofunctional services. Lauren started Tall City Speech in 2017 with the desire to specialize treatment to fit the needs of both client and family.

Kelsey Karmann, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
​
Kelsey is a Fort Worth native and holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Texas State University. After living in New Braunfels, she moved to Midland with her fiancé. With a passion for helping children, Kelsey has extensive experience in pediatric speech therapy within schools and home health settings. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys staying active, reading, and exploring new places with her fiancé.
Lindsey Palmer, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist

Lindsey is a Midland local and earned her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Baylor University. She has experience in private practice, school, pediatric outpatient and in-patient rehab settings.
She enjoys working with children with orofacial myofunctional disorders. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time at the lake, playing golf, and planning for the arrival of her first child with her husband, Preston. ​​​
